Coastal removed all the plumbing, original flooring generally taking the room a bare finish. The walls had to be prepared with insulation and vapor barriers, to make sure the drywall was moisture proofed.
The wine cellar refrigeration unit installed was a self-contained an 1800 CellarPro. A rear ducting kit was used to direct the hot air exhaust outside of the home.
The purpose built Wine Cellar Door sealed the room. The door type used was a Barolo with Dual Pane Glass.
